Module 4 Keys to working on participation from the Group Scale

Group work is one of the keys to participation processes. The role of technical people or volunteers in facilitating and invigorating these processes is fundamental to their success.

This module reflects about the importance of the group and the advantages it brings to the people who participate in it. It also offers some keys to understand the life and stages of groups and the processes that occur in them.
