Topic 1 The Starting Point: self-reflection and self-criticism

We ask ourselves “what hurts” the different parts of the community and we draw up a work plan with those most involved.

  • A problem is noticed and someone (entity or social movement) plans to do something. There is a why?, a what for? and a for whom?
  • We do exercises of self-reflection/self-criticism, for example with a “sociodrama”, a “role play” or a “SWOT” to evaluate the pre-judgments with which we start and that cause our hidden languages and those of our collaborators to emerge.

Going from the first “pains” (most striking symptoms) to the joint construction of the problem is already a good starting point (delimiting its aspects with greater depth and consensus).
