Once the working group is constituted, it may be a good time to draw up a timeline for the entire process, which will help us to have a global vision of our short- and long-term work plan. The timeline can be done by weeks and/or months, put more or less details, add the responsibilities of each member of the work team, in short, rectify/update as needed.

There are many ways to make a timeline. The group must choose the modality that allows a better follow-up of the process. It can also be a good instrument for self-assessment of the group’s management work.
