  • We elaborate a Timeline oriented to action, with the resources and those responsible that are viable.
  • The PCSA is launched (to the extent possible), which is evaluated and monitored throughout the process, rectifying and adapting the proposals to each circumstance.
  • We make strategies with sufficiently broad action sets and revert to the opposites of the process, finding the inconsistencies and contradictions they have and playing with them.
  • At this point new symptoms or “pains” could arise that could start a new cycle or process on which a new Work Plan will have to be drawn up, and we start again!
